We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA cards including Paypal, and offer discreet billing to ensure your complete privacy. If you need an alternative method for paying or have concerns about paying with a credit card, please ask your counselor about other options that we can offer.
Payment is due at the time your test is set up. We understand that unexpected events occur, so all tests may be rescheduled for up to 90 days from the original appointment. Tests canceled within the first 72 hours will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. After 72 hours, all fees collected will be applied towards future testing.
